I went in for my 33rd birthday as a treat to myself for the cryo facial. Jocelyn was so warm and welcoming . She made me feel relaxed and so comfortable. Since I never had a cryo facial before she explained what she will be doing and then began the facial. She created the most relaxing space with the most relaxing music . After one session I could see a difference in my face. I just went back today for my second and I scheduled my third. I 100 % recommend seeing Jocelyn. She the best.

This location in Hamilton is SO convenient and a hidden treasure! Jocelyn did an incredible job with creating a relaxing space (on the day before Christmas eve!) and addressing all of my skincare concerns.
