I am from out of state and contacted the shop to have a gift basket sent to my nephew who was in the hospital. The basket was above and beyond my expectations! There were so many cool toys that the owner added that weren't even on my list and my nephew loved them. It made his hospital stay a little bit better. Thank you so much!!!

Flowers were absolutely beautiful! I called 4 florist in the area today Bc I am not from there. My daughter recently moved to area. Other florist were rude and could not do order till next day! This lady was super nice and did the arrangement just like I requested! Very pleased! Will be using them again!

I called Kim on Saturday evening needing a floral arrangement for a viewing on Sunday and Funeral on Monday. I did not specify what flowers to use, I just gave her a dollar amount I wanted to spend. She sent me pictures of the arrangement which did not do it justice. The flowers were beautiful. My daughter was able to attend the funeral and sent me additional pictures. The flowers were delivered in plenty of time for the viewing. If ever I need flowers in the Birmingham area, I would not hesitate to contact Kim again.

Kim was so pleasant to speak with. My mom ordered birthday flowers to be delivered to my job in Ensley. She placed the order from Northern KY, and told me how exceptional Kim’s customer service was, and how nice the experience was. Lovely to have such nice people close to the Five Points West business district. Thanks!
