OBX Fit was an great HIT program on the beach. For those not wanting to miss their normal routine of hitting the gym this is the place to be! Working out on the beach adds that extra level of intensity to the program. You won't feel guilty having nightly ice cream while on vacation!!

Def recommended and plan to be back every time we are in OBX!

Such a great workout as the sun rose in the morning. Good sweat, challenging workout and amazing cool off in the ocean to end it. Will do it again soon

Movements can be modified for anyone up for the challenge of working out in the sand.

WARNING: you will get sandy and wet! And have a great time doing it.
