I had total knee replacement last October and have traveled to Florence in May and San Miguel de Allende in July, both walking cities, and walked for days without a single ache. My new knee is now my "good" knee - and I highly recommend Dr. Crum and his staff for your knee issues. I had postponed the surgery for two years, worrying about the recovery, etc. and it was a piece of cake. I should have done it much earlier! Tiffany and her staff at Texas Physical Therapy Specialists worked closely with Dr. Crum, and had me off and running in no time. They made PT fun and were so encouraging about my progress. Don't put it off. One day in San Miguel, my Apple watch logged that I had walked the equivelent of 43 flights of stairs!

Dr.McDonnell was great. Can't say enough good things about him and the whole staff. They were all very nice and really helped my elderly mother. Much appreciated.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Crum and his staff. I was referred to him by a good friend and college football coach. Dr. Crum had performed knee surgery on him as well.
I live closer to Houston and had gone to ADVANCED ORTHOPEDICS where they botched a procedure on my knee that left me with significant pain and swelling and unable to function.
Dr. Crum was able to reverse the damage and swelling in my first office visit.
I then had another procedure performed to allow me to go on with my life until I can schedule my knee replacement. I drive two hours, one way to see him. It’s worth it !!!!!

My husband was in severe pain due to needing shoulder surgery in both shoulders. Dr. Joshua Crum performed the surgeries and my husband is doing fantastic. He has more flexibility and motion then he had prior to the surgeries and no longer complains of any pain. During the surgery the staff kept me informed of every step. Dr. Crum came out when surgery was over and showed me pictures and explained what was done each time to make the necessary repairs. My husband and I highly recommend this doctor and the San Marcos Surgery Center.
