Joanne is the best, expert seamstress in town. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do our alterations. She has altered all three of my daughters prom dresses all throughout high school. Now we are having her do a wedding dress for my niece's wedding next year.

OK, Let me start by saying that I began bringing my dry-cleaning to JoAnn back in 2010 shortly after I took a sales engineering position that required lots of travel and that meant needing lots of clean slacks, button down long sleeve shirts and sometimes sports jackets on a weekly basis. That doesn't include stuff that my wife has had me drop off including dresses and other things that she needs to get professionally cleaned from time to time. And of course there's been alterations that we've needed to get done here and there as well.

You'd have a hard time finding any business owner in Middle TN that is as eager and willing to help you as well as being courteous, professional and as efficient with a smile on her face every time she greets a customer as JoAnn is and I am very particular about who I do business with.

In looking over the past reviews from Tina and Heather I have to say the following: Tina, did you inquire as to how much it would cost to have your suit and jacket dry-cleaned before you left? You left a 1 star review on Google for a small business owner on something that you could have completely avoided yourself by asking a simple question before getting the work done??

And Heather, a 1 star review because the door wasn't open at 7:45 AM? Is it possible that something could have happened like someone was stuck in traffic or an accident had occurred that could have prevented the store from being open on time that day? Have you heard of grace? --Just my two cents but I always keep a few extra clothing choices on hand rather than pin all of my hopes on a single garment because sometimes things come up that are beyond our control (it's called risk management to some and life to others) -- but please don't condemn someone's business on Google because of something that was most likely beyond the owner's control - do you really think any hard working business owner would not want to be open during their advertised hours on purpose??

For anyone living in or near the Hermitage/Mt. Juliet area that has a need for dry cleaning and alterations work you will only find excellent customer service here, don't think twice - just go and see JoAnn and she will take care of you.
