The professionalism of the staff is outstanding. The food is good. The cleanliness is fantastic. Therapy team works well together with each other and the petients. And th e directors of the department’s and facility are all in favor of the patients. I have been here at least 3 times for different reasons and I have had a good stay each time, and I recommend this facility to anyone that needs rehab

My father was brought to SunTerra very weak and pretty unresponsive. Right away the Dr concluded it wasn’t his cancer but the amount of medication he was taking. He started weening him off some and it worked!! His mind became clearer. The staff here were compassionate, supportive, kind, caring and genuine. I really felt they cared about my father and wanted to see him improve…which he very much did. Nobody wants to go through this but these nurses, drs, aides, techs, food people, staff, therapists-they were all wonderful. They also put up w/ our crazy family so that’s a plus!!! We were very sad to leave. 2 days at the new place and it’s night and day. Thank you SunTerra. You were are all wonderful at what you do.

Sunterra Springs Rehab facility is a gem, it exceeded our expectations in every possible way. After my 90 year old Mother’s 3 weeks hospital stay and could barely walk, she was sent to Sunterra Springs in O’Fallon, Mo. It’s like a 5 star luxury hotel, beautiful lobby, rooms are spacious, clean, the rehab area is amazing and good food selection! The transition upon arrival and departure to Sunterra Springs went very smoothly. Vicki and Kate was very professional, friendly, answered all my questions and made the transition seamless. The outstanding staff, Vicki, Crystal, Robin, Kyle, Joe, Kate, Lacey, Susan, Brendan, Barb and the whole PT crew were friendly, caring, compassionate and they always went above and beyond the call of duty. The care was exceptional! I would highly recommend this rehab facility!
