Beach Boutique Rentals

We stayed at Seahorse and Starfish, and we could not have been happier! We rented both units - our travel party included my husband and I with our 7 year old, my brother and sister-in-law, and my parents. Everything was clean and in great working order, and there were plenty of towels and clear instructions on how to use everything. Beach gear was great to have (chairs, umbrellas, wagons) and there were floats for the pool too!

The pool and spa are the stars of this property - what a beautiful outdoor oasis! Super close to the beach and the trolley stop as well. We would for sure stay again!

Our family loved our stay here at the end of March. The home was spacious and clean. The pool, spa, and canal right in your backyard made it convenient to enjoy the beautiful weather right from home. Location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time on the island!

As far as property management companies go, Beach Boutique Rentals is one of the best (if not THE BEST). We are out of state owners and BBR makes the whole rental property process so easy. No matter the time of day or night, their staff is very responsive for any needs that arise. The house is always immaculately cleaned between guests. The staff is courteous and friendly and always willing to make suggestions on recommendations for any appliance replacement or upgrade work to the home. We would highly recommend Beach Boutique Rentals!

We had an amazing experience with Beach Boutique rentals during our stay on anna maria island. They are very easy to get in touch with and accommodated to all of our needs during our stay. The house had a great location close to the beach and was very clean (plus lots of towels, which is great when traveling with six girls!). Overall, the great communication and beautiful house made for a very relaxing vacation!

Beach Boutique Rentals supplied us with an excellent vacation home for the week that was just blocks from the beach. The house was sparkling clean and so was the pool and outdoor everywhere. It had everything we needed for the week and we had such a wonderful time. We brought our two toddlers and felt the house was very safe for them in terms of pool access. The only access to the pool is through the bottom level garage and they have a very loud alarm on the door with the standby button out of a child's reach.

The team was easy to reach and helpful. I'd definitely stay in one of their rentals again.
