I took my two-tone Chanel ballet flats from 2006 in to be cleaned, dyed, and to have the heels replaced. I thought my shoes were beyond saving but worth trying to fix considering the cost to buy a new pair. I am shocked at how well they restored my shoes. They look brand new! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you!

Very kind and knowledgeable. Professional to the max. I took my first pair of Birkenstocks sandals to them for repair and they taught me so much I did not already know about how to care for them. I greatly appreciated their kindness and transparency in the wake of my ignorance about the care of my sandals. Highly recommend. I’d definitely go back without a doubt!

The left boot build ups for two different pairs of Frye boots have left me amazed! I haven't been really able to wear them since I had my hip replaced a year ago. Now my legs are "evened out," making things a lot easier for me! Thank you so much!
