Oaktree Self Storage

Excellent LOW price for a large 8X20 storage unit. Oak Tree Storage has much better prices than its local competitors. I'm moving from VA to GA at end of June and will need a storage unit. I called Oak Tree Storage and spoke with Neal about 3 weeks ago. He told me he could give me an 8X20 room for less than half the price of what I currently pay for two 10X10 units in VA, and that I could probably wait until June to rent the room. Then Oak Tree Storage had a rush on 8X20 foot rooms. But Neal remembered me and my storage needs and took care of me. He contacted me to let me know he was running low on the 8X20 rooms and made sure I got mine before they were gone. That is excellent customer service! If you need storage, your first call should be to Oak Tree Storage.

Finally I was able to talk to somebody. I spoke to the new manager and she resolved my problem that has been going on for months! and the best part of it, is that she speaks fluent Spanish and she can help my guys when they visit this facility. Gracias Lucia!

Ive been with them for over a year now, and have had no problems. My stuff is safe. Access 24 hrs if needed. Great price and owner is always available.
