This was an AWESOME Experience.
Josh met me at the front door with a warm welcome.
He asked me a few questions. He went picked up a clean pillowcase. We were off to try on beds. He explained the points of the different beds. After trying on several beds, I chose the Willow. I asked him about the message feature. He went and got a remote and turned it on. That message feature was out of this world. I asked him if I could just spend the night and be the SECURITY. That was not an option.
The employees made me feel like we were Family.
I'm so happy to finely have a Custom Comfort Mattress. I have wanted one for many many years.

Love this place :) I went two consecutive days and worked with Josh. He and everyone we spoke with was super friendly and helpful. They are well versed on their products and we never felt pushed to buy. This will sound dumb, but the feel of the store and it’s employees really was the epitome of “comfort”. My husband and I are so excited for our new bed - thanks Josh!

Great experience; Roland took good care of me, and scheduling the delivery couldn’t have been easier. The whole experience was first class- I’m extremely happy with both my new mattress and the service from the Custom Comfort team.

Very pleasant and easy transaction. Quick and on time delivery. The mattress works perfectly. Our second purchase there. Maybe a third soon. The best pricing and quality in town. I shopped a few other big names, they were all considerably higher.
