Everyone in the service department did a great job getting my old tractor up and running and they kept me updated as work progressed. Teddy, who picked up and delivered my tractor and equipment, was a pleasure to work with, as well. I can’t say enough good things about every experience I’ve had with everyone at this facility.

I have everything John Deere from United Ag & Turf in Taylor. I have been going there for 7 years, I love them. The people are so kind. They don't sell me something if they don't think I need it, or when there is a better solution. The service is great, the parts are very affordable.

Samantha in the Service Dept. was extremely helpful when we were in a pinch. Her attention to detail is top notch. Called and talked to her about an issue we had with a tractor we were using to bale hay with. She took my info and talked to a tech and they were able to get me the part needed to continue that day. Farming with minimal down time is a huge deal in this day and age and with customer service like I received that day she will be the first I call if an issue arises in the future.

Recently had my Gator serviced. I worked with the Service Manager, Samantha, who was outstanding. They have exceptional customer service and were concerned with my needs. Jeremy was the tech, who did an outstanding job on my repairs.

Highly recommend for all needed John Deer repairs.
