Dr Scott Raszler has taken care of my hearing needs for almost 10 years in a kind, friendly and professional manner. I have always had excellent service from Dr Scott and recommend him highly for any hearing disability - he is very knowledgeable and smart! He answers all my questions and my visits are never rushed. The receptionist is also very friendly and the office space is clean and inviting. They adhere to Covid-19 mandates, so I felt safe and protected. I highly recommend Hearing Advantage! I had an excellent experience in every aspect of my visit. From making the appointment and checking in (receptionist) to testing and explaining results and discussing hearing aid options with Diane. I took my father into Hearing Advantage to be fitted for hearing aids. It’s a clean, inviting waiting room in a nice building.
The staff were very warm and friendly and thoroughly professional. They understood the insurance better we did and phoned to follow-up to clarify.
Diana even had tears in her eyes, right along with my Dad and I, when he made a phone call using the hearing aids and could finally hear and understand my sister on the phone, even when she was speaking through a mask!
Diana took plenty of time to make sure my Dad understood his choices, his insurance, and everything he needed to know about his hearing. She couldn’t have been more compassionate, friendly or helpful. We had a marvelous experience and highly recommend them!
