This is absolutely an awesome place to live! Absolutely love the office ladies ! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and go above and beyond for all the residents and always making people smile 😊

The office and staff is very polite. When ever I had a problem it was taken care of promptly. The apartments are clean and up to date.. The grounds are maintained nicely. The apartments are located in the city but gives you an atmosphere of the country. They are affordable and fits my budget. The move in process was easy. And I would recommend Summite pointe to anyone

Moving in was a great experience. Assistant Manager Sarah walk me through the apartment. The apartment looks great. All appliances were functioning. Apartment was clean and smells good. Office staff is very friendly and welcomed me into the community. Much appreciated. Thank you all so much.

I recently helped move my sister into this complex and the staff was amazing. They did so much to make this a smooth transition for her. They were so personable and nice, it made me feel more comfortable leaving her to this complex with them. I know that they'll take care of her. The location is nice and quiet and the apartment was clean and perfect when we went to move her in. Very happy with them so far.
