Dr. Arvig is a great Chiropractor. I have severe degenerative disk disease and I am only 2 months in and have seen significant improvement. I still have pain but I am recovering quicker after doing yard work and painting. I highly recommend Oneka Chiropractic!

Dr Arvig and Zona are amazing. When I first started going I could barely walk or stand due to a military injury. I had to go 3 days a week for a bit and progressively less because I have been feeling so good. Dr Arvig has always listened to my concerns and adjusted accordingly. I've been with him now for 5 years (and 2 pregnancies). They've also been very open in communication with scheduling and billing. I always know where my account stands. Dr. Arvig's care has greatly improved my life. I arrived with several issues--one was a chronic issue I had very little hope of every solving--and he accurately diagnosed and prescribed treatment. After following the treatment plan, I have very little pain now. And I have learned what causes my pain and how to deal with it. The office environment is very accommodating and professional and welcoming.

I have had Vertigo for years. The last episode was bad. After a week of no relief. I took a friend’s advice and went to Dr. Arvig. I had not had good experiences with other chiropractors. I was very scared. He took X-rays (never done before). Explained what he saw and his plan to help me. The adjustment was so easy I had to laugh for I was sweating from fear.
My vertigo was better after first visit. Gone after third. No headaches and I move so much better. I can even ride bike again!!! I wish I would have gone sooner. Thank you Dr Arvig! You truly are my hero!

My experience with Dr. Arvig and his staff at Oneka Chiropractic has been extremely positive. This is my first exposure to chiropractic care and I was a little hesitant at first to give it a try. I've lived with mild to moderate neck pain and numbness/tingling in my hands and fingers for 6 or 7 years. After numerous visits to Orthopedists, physical therapists, and massage therapists, I began to believe that I would never find pain relief.

With lots of encouragement from my husband, I finally made my initial consultative appointment with Dr. Arvig. That appointment was the first time I have ever had a provider care enough to listen to my entire story and absorbed what I was saying. This was evident later in the treatment plan that he created, which incorporated adjustments along with multiple suggestions for ways to continue my hobby of running without causing further damage.

I'm a little over a month into my treatment plan and the numbness and tingling have almost disappeared, plus I've just recently started experiencing completely pain free days in my neck. I am so glad that I didn't allow my lack of belief to prevent me from starting this journey. It has been such an amazing transformation.
