  From the phone call to schedule an appointment up to leaving the office after my appointment, this was a super pleasant experience, despite confirming my need for major dental work. Liz, Debbie, Melissa, and the young dude whose name I didn't get were terrific in getting me started. Dr. DiLorenzo is a real pro, and really inspired confidence in his ability. Plus, I loved the movie seats! I recommend this practice to anyone!
  
  To continue (4/11 and 4/12/18), I had a wonderful experience with Jody, who worked on my permanent partial-plate last Wednesday. Not only did she do a good job of fitting it but we had lots of laughs as well! And on Thursday, Debbie did her usual outstanding job, always going the extra mile to make sure everything is okay. Oh yeah...and Doctor D was okay, too. ; - )
  
  4/26/18: Quick procedure to secure wobbly tooth. Again, Jody was terrific. Thanks to Andy, as well, for helping with the financial side! Oh, and again, Dr. D was pretty good, too!
  
  11/19/18: Debbie took impressions for my lower partial and I didn't gag once! Dr. D stopped by for some painless "drilling". Lots of laughs and very educational Hannukah-wise Great people! Sorry to see Jodie move to another office, but hope she brings as much fun there as she did to Havertown!

  I had an immediate need to restore a chipped tooth with only a few days until Thanksgiving. If the repair could not be done I would be dining alone this year on Turkey Day. Elegant Smiles, who has been my only dentist for some 35 years, on short notice, saved my drumstick. In two hours the work was done, I could smile again, and I look forward to family and feast.

  I had taken a long break from the dentist for no good reason. They were extremely welcoming and gave me more information than all my previous dentists combined which really helped me feel more comfortable with the visit. Highly recommended.

  I absolutely love Elegant Smiles! They have fantastic customer service and experienced dentist who legitimately care about you. Betty, my dental hygienist has been a fantastic motivator. Dr. Barb is also so sweet and gentle with all the work (filling & crown) she has done for me, I'm never fearful when getting any work done. I enjoy going to the dentist now all because of Elegant Smiles and what they do. I look forward to finishing up with the rest of my fillings and 1 root canal before I am ready to just maintain through biannual cleanings.

  Just left my new patient appointment. I was greeted when I walked in and the office manager came out and introduced himself to me while I was doing paperwork. I had an at ease appointment and look forward to going back in 6 months. Thankfully I didn’t need any dental work! Thanks.
