All the CMR staff are very kind, helpful, and responsive!! Customer Service is truly excellent here! I have felt very supported when I’ve been involved in accidents in the past. They’re always there to answer any questions and send me any needed documents when I need to make any changes/additions to my policy.

Carlos has been great with providing coverage but more than that, answering every question and last-minute request with patience and kindness. I will continue to stay with Erie Insurance and Carlos.

I moved from Texas to DC and was looking for new auto insurance, and I'm so glad I found CMR. It was helpful that Carlos Ruiz explained the different levels of coverage for auto and life insurance. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient without being pushy. I especially liked how he presented different options, and even matched another major insurance company's offer by providing better coverage and discounts. Definitely include these guys when you shop around for insurance.

Always available by phone if I have any questions. Perfect amount of correspondence with mail and email. Carlos reaches out personally if there are any issues. Fantastic choice for a young professional.
