Wow! No heat and No hot water for two weeks! I finally decided to go with Emerald Plumbing and couldn’t be happier! The technician came out and fixed my water heater the same day! I was back in order in less than hour! Don’t be disappointed with the competition. Saved me time and money! Almost forgot to mention same day service! Two thumbs up Emerald!

Emerald is my new plumber! I called Emerald Plumbing to take a look at a tankless water heater I'd been having trouble with. My usual plumber was unfamiliar with the brand I had. When I asked Emerald if they were familiar with my brand, they said they were and that they'd be happy to look at it. Even though I said my repair wasn't an emergency, Emerald dispatched an expert within an hour or two of my call. Rod--who was truly an expert--was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the solution. All in all, the repair took about an hour. When it was complete, Rod offered me some recommendations for the future. I thought the price was very fair for the complexity of the item that required service and for Rod's time and expertise. Emerald will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Been doing business with them since 2012. They are fair, and have a quick turnaround. I would recommend them to anyone! Never had any problems with their work.
