  Connie Murphy is one of the most professional agents I've dealt with. Ive been with her and Nationwide for 20 plus years and she never hesitates or delays responding back when I contact her always timely and professional. Im currently in the process of dealing with the DC Government for a license and it is totally the opposite they don't return calls or emails timely. We often are quick to send complaints however rarely do we acknowledge the GOOD..Connie has handled my life insurance to car insurance now a business..I just wish I could transport her to the DC Government..hopefully her superiors will see this and she will be acknowledged..by them..sincerly a 20+..customer of hers..and again the experience with the DC Government is so horrific I was compelled to write a positive story about a positive experience that gives me faith not all individuals are like the DC Government agency im dealing with..Thanks Connie Murphy and the Corrigan Agency..

  Hello , I wanted to share my experience with this company. So I actually had an accident a few months ago and the agents here are very responsive. If i call shawnice she always returns my call ive even had other agents help me as well jill is very helpful when I turned in my tags she helped because my agent wasn’t available. Kasia is the the agent that started my policy and she made sure i got the best price that i was eligible for . I like that they are local and that they actually call back . I never have to leave several messages i can always get someone by email or phone . I really like that they make things easy for me by emailing documents so i dont have to come in . The only thing i dont like is they are closed on weekends but its not so bad . There was a review that says they are rude but I haven’t experienced that and im always calling or emailing with questions about my policy or my car and no one was rude (i call a lot lol). I hope this helps everyone experiences are different but this is my experience.
