Call# 8819407 - Received prompt, pleasant and excellent service. Martin took his time to explain what he was doing and why. He was thorough in his assessment of the task at hand. One or two issues where not related to his duties...he took time to explain the issue and suggest another avenue to pursue to remedy the problem. I would give six stars if possible. Thank you for kind and very professional help.
We're on our third Toshiba machine. They have all been reliable machines. Our current model (eStudio 556) is a total workhorse! We rarely have issues with it, but when we do, a service tech is generally here the same day. Dale E. is great and is the tech we see most of the time. He is professional, friendly, courteous, and will go out of his way to keep us up and running. We also see Warren on occasion and he also does a good job. David Caine is the ONLY salesperson I've ever been thrilled to see walk through the office door. Thank you so much for providing reliable equipment and great customer service.
We have been Toshiba Business Solutions customers for decades. We can always count on them to provide prompt and excellent service. What an amazing company. We have had several Copier dealers over the years but none of them gave us service like this. Steve A. is not only knowledgeable about his copiers but his service dedication is unmatched. We had several issues which he resolved lickety-split. Steve A. went much, much further than above and beyond. Thanks for creating a "For Life Customer". If his boss is reading this he needs to be your trainer as all your Service Tech as they all should be at a Steve's Level! ;-)
Dale E. always provides prompt and courteous service for our copiers. He keeps us informed of what is going on with the machine when servicing it. We are very thankful for his service!
