  I honestly don't know why people say they've had a bad experience here with Dr. Kulbak. I've never had to wait for an extended period of time to get my eye exam, nor have there been any issues with the eye exam. Dr. Kulbak was very patient and thorough with me getting a detailed history of the health of my eyes, as well as explaining what the machines do. She seems to care about her patients and their overall well-being. I didn't feel rushed at all picking out my frames; in fact, Dr. Kulbak helped me pick out some frames that looked good on me when I was indecisive on which frames to get. The selection of frames isn't bad at all, and they accepted my insurance, so that's a plus. I have yet to check out their promos and will update to see if the offers on their website are valid. Other than that, would definitely recommend Windy City Eyes!

  Great service and great product. The Dr and I share last names, but are not related. The staff is professional and polite. Highly recommend
