Josh is fantastic! I went in with back problems. He quickly diagnosed that my feet and knees were out of alignment, causing my back to suffer. He gave me some simple exercises to start and within a few weeks I felt no immediate pain and only pain if I moved in certain ways. Now three months later, I feel stronger than I have in a long time with no pain ever. We've advanced into full body awareness and exercises. I'm standing up straighter than I have since I don't know when. Josh is kind and caring and I felt like I was in super knowledgable hands the entire time. His staff is equally nice and I recommend them to anyone.

Had A complete knee replacement they help me get back on my feet with physical therapy to be able to walk without a cane or any other assistance I would definitely recommend it here, the people that work here are wonderful. Thank you for all your help.

Josh is an extraordinary physical therapist. He is intuitive and smart and really cares about the people he works with. He is persistent and focused and works hard to figure out what is going on and how best to correct it. I wholeheartedly recommend him and am very glad that I found him!

I could not imagine a better experience than what I got from Josh at J.A.M. I needed post-op rehabilitation, and he carefully evaluated which muscles were inactive and needed special exercises, and worked with me to get them working. He gave me his contact details, and happily assisted me with a problem during a weekend. Excellent manner, and really interested in his patients. And his price is reasonable too.

Great place. Had a neck issue and was better after only a few visits. Josh was thorough and made sure I knew why I was doing certain exercises and how to fix my posture at my desk. Will go back if I ever need physical therapy.
