  I highly recommend Lisa Dauphinais for manual therapy and exercise consultations. In August 2017, I experienced severe pain in my right foot because of plantar fasciitis. The pain was to the point I quit taking walks and hikes and needed two-days of rest to recover when I was on my feet too long. I went to a podiatrist but had minimal relief even though I wore the boot, bought new shoes and did the recommended exercises.
  
  Eventually, I attended an exercise class with Lisa as the instructor and was so impressed with the class and her extensive knowledge of the body that I booked several private sessions with her. I experienced relief after my first session of body work and was given insight and exercises to strengthen and stretch my core and extremities.
  
  Lisa is very professional. She is a licensed osteopath in Canada and shares her expertise with clients in her classes and private sessions. After working with Lisa for 6-months, I have improved my balance and physical strength. Today, I am pain-free!
