  Dr. Piccinini is the consummate professional: skilled, attentive and caring. Kelly makes the office welcoming and comfortable. It is a joy for me to telephone the office or come in for an appointment; these two wonderful women have always provided me with dignity, respect and excellent care.

  PA Center for Hearing and Balance is an excellent choice if you are experiencing hearing problems. There is no pressure to buy and the service is terrific. I have recommended the Center to friends who have hearing issues. Also the product I purchased at the Center is wonderful. I adjusted to the aids immediately and they have enriched my life significantly. I recommend the Center without any reservations.

  I went to Dr Puccinini because I was very dissatisfied with the performance of my hearing aids which were only two and a half years old. I was strongly considering replacing them after having returned for adjustments several times to the Audiologist where I had initially purchased them. Dr P. performed a hearing test on me but used technology and testing that was more in depth than what I experienced prior. When I returned to the office for adjustments to my hearing aids I was very much included in the process and the outcome was excellent. I am now enjoying the use of my original hearing aids and no longer looking to replace them. I'm truly happy that I have this resource close to home and recommend wholeheartedly. It is a pleasure to interact with Dr. P. and her receptionist.

  Dr. Piccinini is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I have had great experiences every time I visited the center. When I called with questions regarding hearing aids, she made herself immediately available to me and answered my questions completely and effectively explained everything in terms anyone could understand. I highly recommend her services for any issues you have with hearing or if you only need an assessment.
