Love this trail. Great hours, open from 4am to 10pm. Plenty of room on the trail for many runners, walkers, and bikers. I love that the trail is marked with the distance along the ground and large markers at each mile. Beautiful trees along the way. My favorite time to go is early morning right before the sun comes up.

I've been walking this trail for years. It's dog & child-friendly. Although I frequent one particular area very often, I've walked all of its segments over the years. I feel that it's well maintained & clean. Use general precautions & don't walk it alone at night. Some homeless folks sleep in certain areas of the trails at night.
