Im giving Dr.Stevens herself 4 stars because she is AMAZING, however her front desk receptionist is very unorganized. Everytime I call to make an appointment for my boys I have to constantly give her their information beyond just providing her with their first and last name. Scheduling is also hectic due to the constant over lapping of appointments which results to wait time being over a hour at times. Not to mention the misplacement of one of my sons shot records that was requested for school. If are a parent with very little patience, this may not be the office for you which is unfortunate because like I said, the doctor is amazing.
We love Dr. Stevens, she is very easy to talk to and provides exceptional care for our son. She always takes her time during the examination and answers all of our questions
Love her use of modern technology for medical records, prescription refills, appointments, etc. It's very convenient. She is a thorough pediatrician and we like her a lot.
