He's great!!! Can fix nearly anything!!
I highly recommend Bill. We've called him twice to deal with washer issues and he came out the same day. Very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. Reasonably priced.
Two days ago my wife and I woke up to find our older GE fridge had quit working. We weighed the options of replacement (around $1.2K) or repair, which was an unknown for us. I noticed that A A Bill's Appliance earned 5-star reviews in Google, Angie's List, and Yelp so gave him a call. Yesterday Bill arrived in the morning as agreed, and my wife (who works from home) let him into our condo, reporting that Bill was very polite and professional. He spent about 2 hours diagnosing our fridge, and I appreciated his realistic appraisal: "It seems like a new starter should work, but I can't guarantee that it will work." We decided it was worth ~$300 to find out, and are so glad that we did. An hour later, our lovely older GE refrigerator (see image) seems to have new life, at
AA Bill's Appliance is terrific. Think it's a one person business, but he's always done timely scheduling for us. He's done so well repairing an inherited washer & dryer (circa 1990). Two or three visits in 20 years. A really nice guy, too.
Bill came the same day I called to tackle a dishwasher that had not worked for a year, and had standing water and rotted food particles in the bottom. The motor was frozen and the pump spewed water on the floor when the unit was turned on. He worked for seven hours ruling out and fixing problems (installed new motor /pump, trimmed solenoid panel, replaced and unkinked hoses, cleaned out food debris and dirt particles blocking the flapper). And now it runs like a brand new unit! I'd hire Bill anytime I have an appliance problem!
