Berkeley Island

Its a great park for anyone, even the dogs. They have water fountains for dogs!! Kid friendly water spouts and playgrounds. Beautiful place to sit or walk the circle. Enjoy the scenery of the boats and water. Its also good to picnic. They have bath house as well.

The island was different from other islands that I had visited. It was clean, there are places for the children to play. I enjoyed the walks on the pier. There were so many tables and the best ever BBQ grill. Not just the tiny ones but a nice size grill.

This is an amazing place to bring the kids! There is a beautiful splash park, several gazebos, barbecue grills, restrooms, fishing and crabbing. It's easy access for people with disabilities, too.

So much fun to be had. The splash park, playground, bathrooms, and picnic area were all very clean. The scenery is awesome. If I had to pick one thing to change it would be to add some seating around the splash pad. Make sure to bring a chair when you go!

WOW, rebuilt after Sandy, County Park system did a fantastic job! The children's water park is a MUST for parents to bring their little ones , closely supervise and yet relax in a lawn chair observing. Picnic pavilion well built. Clean bathrooms and changing area. Jogging walkway surrounds the area and of course fishing and crabbing there as well! The views are refreshing as you gaze out onto the bay with readily available seating.
