Great customer service. We were looking to purchase washer and dryer. Corey, the appliance sales man, was very helpful and straight too the point with us. After we purchased and paid for the appliances, we found out that some discounts did not get applied to our prices. Ryan in customer service took his time and patiently sorted through the problems with us. The only reason why the store didn't get a 5 stars, because they misinformed us about the discounts, we ended up applied for a Lowe card without getting the discount.
Went to buy some stuff to build a fireplace. I can't remember his name but the guy from outside garden was very helpful. Helped me load up everything too. Awesome customer service.
Store always had what I need. And customer service is always helpful and friendly. Today, I had to have help finding orange tent stakes. Within two minutes I had what I was in search of. Thanks Lowe's!
