  Awesome wetland trail on edge of the Potomac...great for egret , water foul and eagle viewing and a good walk. .has both bike and pedestrian trail options

  Fun nature preserve with flat walking trails through tidal wetlands along the Potomac River

  This preserve is amazing! We spotted osprey, deer, and even two nesting bald eagles! Great spot for a short stroll and a little bit of nature not far from Alexandria old town.
