  I've been a member at Jazzercise Northwest side of Chicago and Park Ridge for about 15 years. The classes are always being updated.
  Many of the ladies have become friends, and they are missed greatly when life gets in the way and they can't make the classes. Give Jazzercise a try, you'll have fun!

  Excellent work out; I am always sore the next day. Can change intensity of work out based on my fitness level and mood. All types of people in class from very young to well into retirement. This really is a workout for everyone. Most important, I always leave smiling and in a better mood than when I came in.

  I have been a long time Jazzerciser and love Claret's and Paula's classes. There are variety of times to choose from on Monday through Saturday. I enjoy the current music that we dance to as we work on different parts of the body to get a good workout. You can choose low impact or high impact – whatever suits your ability. I also like the variety of age groups in the class – that I feel comfortable as an older person dancing with younger people. The instructors are fun,encouraging and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend you give Jazzercise a try!

  Absolutely the BEST fitness program out there! Fun, exciting, challenging! Wonderful people, no judgment zone! The instructor is the BEST! So motivating and empowering. I have been doing this for over 10 years! It's not your mama's Jazzercise! I have never loved a fitness program so much!
