    I've walked Lake Anne since my childhood, and all my children have gotten too. It's a great way to spend a few hours.

    The trail is a nice forrest path.

    The path around Lake Anne is one of my favorites. You get to walk through Lake Anne shopping center, maybe grab a bite to eat or sit by the lake, you walk next to some gorgeous homes with gorgeous views and it's about 1.25 miles to walk all the way around (good short walk for some quick cardio).

    Easy and relaxing walk. You don't have to cross any streets once you are on the path and you get to pass a quaint shopping center that has shops and restaurants on the water. Bring a fishing rod; the lake has bass and blue gill.
