  They are so amazing here! Lauren and Rhys spent a long time helping my friend find her first, perfect backpacking pack tonight. They even rebuilt a Gregory. Their kindness, advice, and good humor made what could have been a terribly overwhelming experience so good. Thank you, REI.

  Employees were very nice and helpful. Nelson explained the differences in jackets and what was the best for me. Definitely recommend this place because they know their stuff.

  So REI is expensive. But they also have the best stuff. I don't have the money to throw at the cool stuff I want to get there, but they have the best hiking and lightweight and durable stuff you can get.

  Excellent and friendly service throughout the store. From the moment I was greeted at the door, to the bike department, clothing area, dressing rooms, and at checkout, I was valued. I will definitely return again and again.
