  If I could give Alex 10 ⭐️s I would. He is so deserving. I had a situation with my buyer. My patience was truly tested. During this ordeal, Alex was always very professional and offered me options, assured me that everything would work out. He was the voice of reason. Alex Walked me through each phase of my loan and made it simple and easier to understand. He is very patient, responsive and genuinely care. My situation was unique but I am happy that I closed and even happier to have Alex Lee. The TowneBank staff were very beneficial and also played a big part. Teamwork at its best. I would highly recommend Alex and Town Bank Mortgage and yes I plan to use them for future real estate transactions! Alex you are a ROCK STAR!

  Alex is the absolute best!! If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. He sure know his stuff. Alex provided me options and reviewed each step of the process. Very responsive and available to answer any questions. Looking for a professional, someone that really know the business, someone that care, Alex is your guy. I also want to compliment the team, Susan and staff for your great work. You guys rock! Will I recommend or use Alex again, Yes Yes Yes????

  Ted is the best in the business! Really made things so easy for me. I’ve had loans before for other properties but no one has his experience and knowledge! I won’t use anyone else now. I’ve already recommended to a number of people!

  This was the first time I had to sell my home in order to purchase a new home. Lori Pick was absolutely fantastic. I has visited my personal bank who I have used for almost 20 years and she bet what they offered me. She kept me updated as the process moved along. She provided an easy online so to use and was there to answer all my questions. As of today I am a new home owner with a mortgage I can afford.
