Lot better now sense Proven arms took over, I've picked up alot of firearms from herr and have had no problem. They will call you as soon as you firearm arrives there. It's worth giving it another shot now

You will not find a better price for firearms or accessories. These guys are top of the line. Their LE/mil program is second to none.

I've bought several firearms from the shop and never had an issue. When I got my latest purchase home, I was looking at the receipt and I was overcharged (non LE/Mil rate) for my purchase. Called the store and they were able to credit my card the difference over the phone, saving me a trip on the I95/395 parking lot.
Great product line, great stock, and great customer service?! Other retail outlets can learn from Proven Arms & Outfitters. I will be back for purchases in the future and I will recommend them to my friends. Great experience.
