Forest Park Apartments

Stayed at this apartment back in the summer of 2005..Forest park bought it in 2006. Rent soared & on summer of 07' the place caught on fire & I moved.. It was so affordable back when I first lived there like: $535/A MONTH & the apartment was HUGE w/ 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms no joke! Maaaaan!!! The place was amazing back then!......There was a road right at the apartment called Winn rd that connected right to I35 a straight shot to downtown clubs & bars , but its been closed since 2007! Let me tell you this apartment had a HUGE balcony too with an amazing VIEW of I35 downtown highway. I can't tell you how much fun I had, I can't tell how many fun & romantic moments I had at this apartment..Wow! Amazing memories....I can't say if it'll be the same for you as it was for me, but I moved in after the military at 22yrs old & I had a blast there for 2yrs straight. -Good Luck!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years. It’s been great, maintenance issues have always been quick and my appliances have even been replaced. The management is great - I haven’t had any problems.

Maintiance is Awesome, I am glad the rules are finally put into action. Been here since 2010. Management is better.
Online payment is kinda a pain, cashiers check is easier, at least you know that they got the rent money.

I've been living at Forest Park for 4 years. I absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly and professional and the maintenance staff is always there where you need them. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. Thank you for Everything!!

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I moved here 6 months ago with my kiddo & we love it here. My apartment has all new appliances & everything else has been updated too. The pool is great. The laundry machines take your credit card, which is fabulous. I love LaQuita in the office & Becky the maintenance lady is hilarious. Any issues I have are usually fixed the same day. I love the park access for walking my dog & the kiddo loves Penguin Park. I would totally recommend living here.
