  for the most part they are good at this Branch but don't make the mistake of opening an account online it is like nailing Jell-O to a wall truly they will ask for information and then ask for more information and more information on top of that it is Never Enough go into the branch to open an account. and as far as the customer service the 800 US banks that is a joke they tell you they can do stuff and don't follow through my suggestion is if you already have a good bank keep that bank don't go with US Bank

This particular US Bank is AWFUL!! The service is the WORST. They will purposly ignore you in the drive thru and at the counter. ( I sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes while two of the associates at the window were talking.
