We called for emergency service on a Saturday night and Kim came out right away. He assessed the situation and the fee for the emergency call was very reasonable. He provided 3 detailed estimates based on different scenarios and kept in contact regarding permits and scheduling an inspection with our town. Once the job was completed, he was honest and explained that the bill actually came in slightly under the estimate provided. Excellent service and very friendly.
