  We have always loved our La-Z—Boy furniture and recliners for style, comfort, and durability, and now I am a huge fan of their customer service. In a few weeks we are preparing to relocate from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania to Michigan and we stopped by the Whitehall store to check out recliners in anticipation of purchasing one in Michigan after our move. We were greeted at the door by the most incredible sales person, a gentleman by the name of Scott. We explained our situation and that we were not looking to purchase until after our move and he still treated us like royalty. He was extremely helpful in showing us around and when we found a recliner that we liked, he said that he would hate to see us wait to make a custom order after our arrival in Michigan, which would delay our delivery by at least three to four additional weeks. Even though Scott would not get any sort of commission, he coordinated our purchase with a store in Michigan and we place the order in the Whitehall store. The store was very busy, but Scott still spent time to ensure our needs were met. He was extremely gracious and selfless to do this and give up the opportunity for other commissions. If anyone visits the Whitehall (Allentown), Pennsylvania La-Z-Boy store, you must ask for Scott as he is the best! Scott epitomizes customer service and La-Z-Boy should be very happy to have him representing their brand.

  Well I didn't buy anything yet, but while I was there it was a pleasant experience. They lady that helped was very informative and not pushy.
  
  We left another store today because the salesman was up our butts.
  
  I will most likely go back and get at least 1 of the recliners my wife and I were looking at.

  It was a pleasure putting a room together while shopping at a Lazy Boy. I went in confused as to where I would start, but soon the jitters left. I was immediately helped with finding just the right fabric for the chairs I already knew I wanted. Working from there we built the entire living room. No pressure, just putting together ideas and a look I could live with. I went home knowing I didn't have to worry anymore what I was going to put in my otherwise empty living room. There are so many options to choose from. No pressure, just ideas. I will definitely go back.

  We loved having Heather, the interior design, help us design our living room as we were really struggling to see it with furniture (we saw and bought it empty). She showed us how to arrange it best for optimal space and really helped is make it our own. The staff really helped us find the right pieces and fabric for a great price.

  I wanted to look around because I'd never been inside. Amazing showroom! The furniture and accessories are beautiful. I saw many things I'd like. They have a credit kiosk too which looked interesting. Staff was friendly and let me wander around looking without hovering. There is a well stocked design center in the center of the showroom. I plan to return soon after I buy a house.
