  Walking around the whole lake is a good workout. Scenic with nice views. Go with a partner, never alone.

  This park is pretty big but you can't get lost. The main part is on big circle around the lake with amazing scenery. The length is 2.5 miles for a nice walk, jog, or bike. They have a big playground near the main entrance(you can't miss). They have designated areas where You can also reserve parties of such at their website too. just watch out where you step...

  Very nice park to exercise. Variety of things to do. Very nice trail to walk. Very well kept area. Would recommend it to anyway for their level of fitness goals

  One of the best parks in the area. Great views and very shaded. Can get crowded at busy times but still plenty of parking. Awesome place to take the dog around and it stays cool even in the hot weather.

  Beautiful park with magnificent views. You'll see a lot I'd different ethnicities working out, taking a stroll or hanging out with their families. Also, there are lots of body types and athletic levels where the people are concerned, so there is no reason to feel self conscious. It's a calm, friendly park.
