  I really enjoyed my experience walking through and looking at cars without any pushy salesman bothering me I really appreciate it I was able to look at the vehicles I'm interested in and then I can just go to them and I'll take care of it

  This was my first time using CarMax and it was a great experience. Inventory was exactly as online. No pressure and very fast when it was time to make the purchase.

  This place is Amazing!!! Great selection of vehicles. Friendly staff. What more can you ask for. My Pathfinder found a new home with me as soon as I sat in the drivers seat???? Your dream car awaits you..... Go get it!!???? ask for Frenchee????

  Using the CarMax app, I was notified that the Ford Flex I'd been looking for had become available at Tinley Park - before they'd even taken the pictures for the website listing. I was able to put it immediately on hold and arrange for a test drive that evening. The car had all the features I was looking for, including model year 2018, low mileage, trim level and engine. When I came in, Mike had the car ready for me to test, and brought it right to the front door. Meanwhile, they looked at my trade in. I got a great car and a solid deal. It was absolutely the most painless car purchase I've ever made.
