I am a 69 year old man who went to Palos Emergency with incredible pain in my right hip. It was quickly determined that I had a fracture of the femoral neck with lateral displacement. Dr. Dan Weber was the orthopedist on call.
The next morning, Weber replaced my hip using an anterior approach.
I was walking with a walker three hours after recovery. I was discharged within 24 hours of surgery. I was walking without a cane or assistance in 3 days. I was back at the gym within a week, and I was walking two miles within 10 days.
I had not been Weber's patient prior to surgery - he didn't know my history or issues - yet, in an emergency setting, he completely assessed and addressed my situation.
Dr. Weber is a remarkable, progressive orthopedic surgeon who I commend for his professionalism and highly recommend to anyone needing a hip/joint assessment.
By the way, my grandchildren think Weber is God-like because now their Pa is back swimming in the pool and playing with all those little kids!*!
Dr. Weber did an excellent job with my total hip replacement. His procedure was flawless, and I am walking without any support after 8 weeks. While I still have some weakness in my muscles, my hip feels great..... I really do not want to have another hip replacement but if I need one I will definitely call on Dr. Weber.
I would also like to give a big shout out to the entire team at Integrity Orthopedics. They are all very professional and made me feel appreciated and special. They are great to work with.

I had a partial knee replacement at Great Lakes with Dr. Weber and couldn't be more pleased. I walked in and I walked out. Recovery went smoothly and my surgery and care was excellent. There's just a little scar on my knee - but most of all I can walk without pain.
Dr. Weber is an amazing surgeon. I recommend him to all of my family and friends because he is just fantastic! He is personable, thorough, honest, and precise. I have never known anyone who has had any problem after surgery, including me. If only all doctors were up to his ethical standards! I trust him totally! His practice is named Integrity Orthopedics for obvious reasons!
I had my knee replaced may 7, 2018 by Dr Weber. As far as I'm concerned he is the best. He told me exactly how he was going to do the operation, how long it would be before I would be on my feet again. Everything he said came true. I'm walking today without any pain. I feel great! MY wife had her hip replaced by Dr. Weber too. She feels the same way as I do about Dr. Weber. I would recommend him to everyone. HE IS THE BEST!!!
