  Had a few claims on the individual health insurance plan. And the company had me fully covered. I was very picky when I did my health insurance through them and I never missed my payments, but it was still nice of them to live up to the expectations I had of them. Nice experience with them so far.

  Very decent customer service. When I first contacted them about my dental insurance they chose to inform me, not just sell what they had to me. Their insurance agent further lived up to this impression. She laid out all the options I had to get my dental health covered and I was able to get the dental insurance that satisfied me.

  It's nice to rely on an insurance company whose policies are transparent. From the get-go I didn't feel I was kept in the dark about the payment details and benefits. As a result, I was able to make an informed decision on the health insurance plan that worked best for me. Highly recommended.
