Best mozzarella around! Try the buffalo cheese if you like spicy stuff.

The quality is always spot on, and the staff is very helpful. ???? Charlie even gave us a tour, and explained the cheese making process to my husband and I once ☺

I can't come here often enough to get the best fresh mozzarella anywhere. This is not the rubbery bland fresh cheese sold in grocery stores. This is velvety soft, a bit yeasty and brined in salt water for great taste in every morsel.

The mozzarella braids are excellent, dont refrigerate until you have to because the fresh taste is the best
