  Took care of everything super fast! I was worried it may cost extra or not be do-able since I did not have any extra carpet. But, pricing was reasonable and the carpet looked good as new — could never tell there was a burn mark.

  I highly recommend Everette Carpet Care & Restoration. Super-fast turnaround from the time I called to when they could come out to fix my buckled carpet. The owners of the company, a husband and wife team, were courteous, professional, and friendly and I'll definitely use them again for carpet cleaning. They also removed a stain from my car upholstery. Seriously happy with this company!

  Donna was super helpful and scheduled my repair in 10 minutes. They do free on-site estimates which not many places do (I called several before I decided on Everette). Jamal the tech was super knowledgeable and did the repairs (3) fairly quickly and they look great. They’re a little more expensive than some other companies I talked to but the whole process was so easy and timely I didn’t mind. Highly recommend!

  You can look all you want, but you will NEVER find a better carpeting company to work with! Whether it is stretching carpet, cleaning carpet or installing new carpet, this team exudes excellence and professionalism! The appointment to set up service was easy...the appointment itself was completely painless and actually fun, and their work is outstanding! Jamal and Donna, as well as the installation crew, take a huge amount of pride in providing just what you need at reasonable prices.   I normally do not take the time to write a review, but I depend heavily on consumer reports and opinions when I am looking for services, so I wanted to share my experience with Everett Carpet. I have used Everette Carpet Cleaning services to clean my carpet for the past 12 years. When I call to make an appointment, I always receive a warm and friendly response. Both Jamal and Ty are very professional and do an excellent job! They are very meticulous and take the time to walk through each room in the house that you would like them to clean, and discuss any trouble areas that may need special attention. They will take the extra time to move furniture and pick up items off of the floor, to ensure they clean the entire area of your carpet thoroughly. I am always so pleased with the results. My carpet looks brighter and smells so good! I especially like the added personal care they give to their customers by offering a sample bottle of stain remover and sending you their monthly news letter, which features excellent tips on carpet care, family activities for the month, coupons, recipes, and you can even win free movie tickets! There is no other company I would call to clean my carpet except for Everett.
