Rachel is a wonderful and qualified nutritionist who gets to the origins of ones issues and solves from there. It's not easy to find a nutritionist or dietitian who is this educated in functional nutrition and also so focused on the individual. Rachel has helped me greatly with my digestion issues and I highly recommend seeing her for health imbalances that can be improved upon with nutrition.

Rachel is fabulous, she has a hands on approach and really gets to the root issue. I highly recommend her and wish her all the success, she is great.

I have been dealing with health issues related to my anxiety for many years. I didn't expect a nutritionist could help me. But, Rachel was amazing and so understanding of my issues. The things that she has suggested have helped me to handle my anxiety without the use of hard medication; instead through diet, exercise, and life style changes. I love her!
