  Basically parking lot at the beach for overnight camping with electric & water. Close to the highway so you hear the traffic but beautiful beach. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping.

  Friendly Rangers and Life Guards. Surfers are friendly. Clean peaceful and fun. Great scenery!

  Short walk to the shore from parking lot. Recommend buying a State Park yearly pass via website if a frequent State Park visitor. $195/year or $15/visit. Good at Huntington Beach State Park Beach too.

  A beautiful long stretch of serene beach property! There is plenty of room to pick your own little spot and set up and relax on the sand. Or you can take a long stroll down the boardwalk. You can start a bonfire and kick back and watch the sun go down. One thing though- Be prepared to pay to state park fee to enter! It’s totally worth it though!!! It’s a great place to gather with family. I highly recommend this state beach! It is very clean and has decent bathrooms!

  Come early in the morning during summer! Parking is $15 and the lots fill up fast! We got there at 9am and there were 2 full lines of cars waiting to enter. Get your cash ready while waiting and it helps the line move quicker. Once you are in, you can choose from a bunch of different lots/ towers. We were at 26. This beach is decently clean. There was not a bunch of trash around. I also really like that there is not a long trek of sand before the water. There are easily accessible public restrooms and showers. The only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because I have kids and the waves are just too strong for them to really get out there and play. Obviously this isn't something anyone can change I just might choose a different beach next time if the kids feel like swimming instead of playing in the sand ????.... have fun and wear sunscreen!
