Last night I locked my keys in my car while shopping in Camarillo. I called my Roadside Assistance with Geico for help. They in turn contacting this tow company to come assist. The ETA was 30 minutes. I do understand these guys are on call. They could be in the middle of dinner or watching the last inning of the Little League game. Geico had already established I wasn't in danger and was in a safe place.Thankfully, these guys were there in less than 15 minutes. I felt like they got the call, went to their truck & came right out. I very much appreciate this and would highly recommend the efficiency and fast customer service of this company.
