  "I waited to write commentary on here because I wanted to be able to provide real life results and I'm glad I did. Tara worked with me on creating a resume that I was pleased with that artfully included a lot of necessary detail, with no wasted fillers. She helped me adjust it so that it reflected my desire to work in an industry other than the one I came from and was fast, efficient and very timely in her responses.
  
  The day I received the final copy, I applied with the one company I wanted for a job that I was truly hoping for. I received a call THAT night. Since then I did a written, phone and two personal interviews and just today received the offer for the position. First application.

  Tara at Evolution Coaching delivered a resume that did exactly what I wanted it to. I have a strange work history, having moved frequently and changed jobs due to my husbands' career having us travel around the country. I also went through a complete career change about 8 years ago. I was worried about my ability to obtain a position that was fulfilling while compensating at a rate I needed.
  
  The resume and cover letter I received from Tara helped me get my foot in the door at a rate that I still can't believe. It's been a week since I was given the final product, and I have had over a dozen interviews, already received one offer and expect at least 3 more offers. I've stopped applying for jobs because I'm going to get to choose between multiple dream jobs, all of which pay $20,000 or more above what I was expecting to have to settle for.

  I worked with Kristen and her writer Julie on my resume and cover letter. I was skeptical at first because their price was the highest out of all the companies I looked at. But Evolution was the only company to read my initial email pitch in detail and respond accordingly as if I was a real person with actual career goals. After a thorough and efficient phone interview, my writer Julie gave me a near complete first draft that was a transformation compared to my previous resume. After two more edits, I have a fresh and strategic resume to present to medical device companies.
