  Having to claim bankruptcy, I feel is a degrading thing for an individual to have to go through, however, Foley Law allowed me to maintain my dignity and gave me the professional assistance and complete guidance and understanding of the whole process.   Deciding to file bankruptcy is not an easy decision. It's not fun and it's not pretty. But sometimes there comes a point in people's lives when they need to quit looking and dwelling on where they are right now and look forward. Drowning in financial debt, no matter how you got there, can feel like an endless, spiraling cycle. Foley Law was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Rachel and her staff treated me as a person. Not once was I ever made to feel like I was a burden or bugging them no matter how many questions I had along the way (and there were many!). I was scared, reluctant, and feeling really down because of the financial situation I was in. And on top of these feelings, I was also dealing with a deteriorating health condition. Rachel and Barb not only know every nook and cranny of bankruptcy, but they provide a soft place to land every step of the way.
