Made an appointment for hearing exam for first time hearing aids. Was expecting a "hard sell" for top-of-the-line hearing aids. Was pleasantly surprised when I chose the standard aids that were covered by my insurance without a push for the more expensive aids. Dr. Etter thoroughly explained all aspects of the exam, the results and my aid options. Was really a pleasant experience and I am looking forward to receiving my aids!!
